Selection cycle- Clear the written exam (UPSC NDA/CDS or AFCAT).
- Crack the 5-day SSB interview — it tests officer-like qualities.
- Pass medical and merit list.

Training + posting- Train at the academy (NDA, IMA, OTA, INA, or AFA).
